Houseboat Seasons & Rental Periods
Off Season: Before May 23rd And After September 8th.
Discount Season: May 23rd Through June 9th And August 22nd Through September 8th.
Peak Season: June 9th Through August 22nd.
Weekend: Friday 4:00 PM (EST) Through Monday 10:00 AM
Mid-Week Special: Monday 4:00 PM Through Friday 10:00 AM
Full Week: 7 Days & Nights, 4:00 PM Departure & Noon Return

Pontoons
Pontoons are available for rental. All safety equipment provided. A cash deposit is required at the time of rental or when a reservation is made. Boats must be picked up before 10:00 AM on day of rental.
25' Pontoon ($150.00 Cash Deposit)

Rental Information And Policies

Entire Rental Charge Is Due Prior To Boarding, Cash, Or Credit Card Only. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Renter Must Be A Responsible Adult (21 Or Over).
Cancellations Are Honored Up To 30 Days Prior To Rental Agreement.
Rental Prices Do Not Include 6% Sales Tax, Fuel, Or Ice.
A REQUIRED Pre-operating Instruction Class Is Held Prior To Cast Off (30 Minutes Approximately).
Renter Must Check In And Be Ready To Leave The Harbor At Least One Hour Before Dark Or Boat Must Remain In Harbor Until The Next Morning.
$75.00 Minimum Fee For Any Problems Or Towing Charge Caused By Renter.
There Will Be A $50.00 Per Hour Charge For Late Returns.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations must be made by phone or in person between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (EST). A deposit is required seven (7) days to confirm. Deposits may be made by cash or personal check (except within 30 days of departure -- deposits received with 30 days prior to boarding must be cash, cashiers check, or money order). The deposit will be returned to you in check at the end of your trip when all equipment is returned reasonably clean and undamaged. (Note: We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards).
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
25% of the deposit will be charged for any cancellation. The balance of the deposit will be refunded upon receipt of written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to departure date. Transfer of deposit from one rental period to another must be made at least 45 days prior to original departure date and used within the same calendar year.
